About
I’m Sick and Tired of poor Service
I lead classes on customer service in the late 1990’s, and I put myself through college (the first time) as a waiter (the ultimate customer service job). I developed my own customer service class when I worked for Graphic Enterprises in North Canton, Ohio. I won “Employee of the year” for my customer service efforts.
It drives me nuts that I can’t find customer service on a regular basis. It’s not that I’m looking for a red carpet to always fall under my seat. It’s that I can’t get a call back.
I’ve always told people that an upset customer will tell approximately 10 people when they are upset. Now I’m giving upset customers a place to voice their opinion (it is just an opinion).
It’s Not All Complaints
There are people who are doing it right, and I want to spotlight these people.
Let’s All Learn Together
By pointing out the worst and the best I hope we can all learn and companies will start to deliver the lost art of customer service.
